Admission avoidance is an integrated clinical service that provides an alternative pathway of intensive home-based care to prevent avoidable hospital utilisation for patients who can be safely treated and monitored at home.
Margaret Lawal, our CEO and in-house Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), has 30+ years worth of experience working in both community and hospital settings.
Margaret won the Innovative Practice Award from NHS England for Allied Health Professionals at the 6th Annual Nurse & AHP conference for developing an admission avoidance service model in North Northamptonshire, demonstrating her innovative capabilities in this area of care delivery.

Our Health Care Assistants undergo the highest standard of comprehensive training in medical skills, equipment use, emergency response, patient education, communication, infection control, and cultural competence.
All completed training is signed off by our Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Our service runs 7am-10pm daily, including weekends, with 24/7 on-call coverage and a single point of access for all referrals.
