5. Shadowing and Mentorship – After completing your online training and once we have received your DBS and references, you will spend time shadowing an experienced colleague to build confidence and practical understanding.

1. Do I need previous experience to apply for a Care Assistant job?
No. While previous care experience is helpful, it isn’t essential. We provide full training and a structured induction programme aligned with Skills for Care standards, so you’ll gain all the practical and professional knowledge you need.
2. What qualifications will I receive after training?
All new carers complete the Care Certificate, which is nationally recognised. After that, we encourage ongoing development, offering access to NVQs and Diplomas in Health and Social Care at Levels 2–7 including nursing associate specialist training.
3. What checks are required before starting?
You’ll need to complete an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, provide professional references, and confirm your right to work in the UK. These steps ensure safety and trust for both clients and colleagues.
4. Do you offer part-time or flexible shifts?
