Each year, Mega Nursing & Care partners with our community to bring joy to children who may not otherwise receive a gift at Christmas. What started as a small act of kindness has grown into a meaningful annual tradition — one that brings together staff, service users, families, local partners, and friends of Mega Care to make a real difference.
This year, we’re doing something even more intentional.
We are partnering with five carefully chosen charities that we have personal relationships with — organisations who work directly with vulnerable, disadvantaged or at-risk children across the UK. These may be children in hospital, children in care, children experiencing homelessness, or children living with complex challenges at home.
The organisations will be announced once all formalities are complete — but our mission stays the same: To make sure as many children as possible wake up on Christmas morning with a gift that reminds them: “You matter.”

Every donation goes directly toward purchasing age-appropriate toys, books or comfort items chosen in consultation with the charities we are supporting — ensuring dignity, suitability and genuine joy.

"This is the 3rd year we are running a Toy Drive. In year 1 it brought joy to my heart seeing all the happy faces and satisfied parents that were in receipt of a bag of toys just before Christmas. We are aiming for an increase in donations and gifts year on year to continue sharing the wonders of the festive season with families all across the midlands and beyond. This year we have chosen a selection of wonderful charities to aid us in distributing your gifts and donations.
