Margeret Lawal serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mega Resources. With a Masters in Advanced Practice, a BSc in Palliative Care, a BSc in Nursing, and certifications as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Prescriber, Margeret's extensive qualifications underscore her capability to lead the organisation.

Her accolades include the Innovative Practice Award for NHS England, Allied Health Professionals at the 6th Annual Nurse & AHP conference. Margeret's responsibilities encompass CQC registered management, holistic clinical oversight, managing clinical compliance, overseeing service user assessments, reviews, safeguarding, complaints, and training and development of care coordinators and senior staff. Her role ensures that all service users' files meet the contracting authority and CQC standards.

Our Chief Financial Officer, King Lawal brings 10 years of experience to Mega Nursing & Care, with a background in finance and business strategy. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and a BSc in Finance and Accounting.


King's responsibilities include overseeing cash flow, leading budget planning and financial strategy, and chairing the Bedfordshire Homecare Providers Association. His role ensures financial stability and strategic growth to support our service delivery.

Our Chief Operations Officer, Winner Lawal has been with Mega Nursing & Care for 12 years, leveraging his significant experience in biomedical science and operational management.


Winner, with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and a BSc in Biomedical Science, oversees the overall performance of company operations and strategy, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across our contracts.

Director Of Technology

Our Director of Technology, who has been with Mega Resources for seven years, brings a background in electronics and technology innovation. Ian holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and a BEng in Electronics. He is responsible for overseeing technical innovation and operations, leading the technological strategy to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction.


Under Ian’s leadership, Mega Resources is pioneering several technological advancements, which increases the efficiency of monitoring vitals. These include remote patient monitoring (wearables), telehealth and communication, and AI- facilitated coordination. For example, our recent investment in vital signs facial scans, with the capability to read pulse, respiratory rate, and pain.


Urszula Mejsak

Associate Director For Growth And Operations

Our Associate Director for Growth and Operations, Urszula Mejsak has been with Mega Resources for eight years. With a BSc in Mathematics and a Masters in Management, Urszula ensures the effective management of incoming and outgoing information from multi-disciplinary teams, coordinates all incoming updates, and ensures quick package allocations and assessments.


Urszula also attends daily multi-disciplinary team meetings with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, therapy nurses, council brokerage personnel, and hospital managers in Bedfordshire.

Out Associate Director for Clinical Operations, Suzana Kaczalek brings nine years of experience to Mega Resources, with a background in clinical operations.


Suzana holds a Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care and is currently pursuing Level 7 in Leadership and Management. She manages clinical operations, oversees training and development programmes for clinical staff, and ensures high-quality clinical care and adherence to best practices. Suzana also serves as the safeguarding lead.
